MASTER Join EXPO GRAFICA 2024 IN MEXICO

MASTER join the EXPO GRAFICA 2024 from 12-15 of November in Mexico City, Mexico.

And displayed the high performance corrugatedboard production line which left an impression on customers by its new technology and intelligent operation.

The corrumaster is based on IPC control with EtherCAT comunnication with full servo drive to make high quality corrugated board easily.

The new single facer negative pressure with inner suction and soft touch technology on gluing, and LPC (line pressure control) on pressure to make almost no mark board, to improve the BST performance a lot, which can save paper cost and glue and steam consumption. 

The new system can run paper range from 40gsm to 440 gsm. for example, the 5ply B/C flute about 400gsm paper can run 250m/min speed, and heavy duty board 7ply Tripple A of total 2200+ gsm can run 80~100m/min.
