MASTER Join WEPACK ASEAN 2024 in Malaysia

MASTER join the WEPACK ASEAN 2024 from 14th to 16th, November in Malaysia.

The international corrugated and print pack exhibition is organized by Reed Exhibition. Local and Asian customers visited the fair and get the new technology on printing and packaging.

MASTER displayed the INTELLIGENT CORRUGATOR: CORRMASTER which is based on Germany BECKHOFF IPC and EtherCAT communication with full servo drive system to achieve real time control and process control. The innovation technology helps the production on making high performance corrugated board easily!

Single Facer is negative pressure with inner suction wihch can run F, E, B, C, A flute and different paper from 40gsm to 440 gsm easily. The soft touch technology compared with kiss touch, and LPC (line pressure control) on pressure roll to make almost no mark board. (if need to make completed no mark board, it needs to use our belt type single facer). The cassette type single facer can change rollers quickly in 3~5 minutes.

Thanks to the new technology, we can run good production and reducing glue consumption, steam consumption, and electric consumption. For example, the 2800mm 5ply corrugator, we use glue consumption is 14g/m2, the steam is 180~200kg per ton paper, and 150~180kw per ton paper.

We have focus on the intelligent corrugator since 2007 and thanks to our engineers hard working and we have tested run our 1st line since 2018 and run for 24/7 at customers factory, until now the corrmaster 2800 is running monthly average speed 200+m/min, which daily change order 700+.
