How to Make High Quality Corrugated Board Easily?

To make better quality corrugated board in easy & stable way is the hot topic always for the corrugated factory.

There are many factors, such as paper, glue, pressure, machinery, operation, temperature, etc, to effect our production. At the old days, paper just using few kinds of item, which no need to change paper frequency during production, but now adays, we may change 15 times, or 20 times of different kinds of paper to match the customers' requirement. And ususally, we may only use min. about 100 gsm of fluting or medium, but now adays, we need to use even 80gsm fluting, or 50gsm medium. By traditional machinery, the old technology of single facer like fixed type or mould type, which is not suitable to run such low gsm paper and poor quality paper, even though in low speed performance. So to solve this issue? The answer will be the Negative Cassette type Single Facer with the Soft Touch technology & Line Pressure Control (LPC) & synchronized gluing. Only have this kinds of high performance machine, then you can run such of orders.

This single facer is adopted big and small roll ratio to reduce the resonace, to make the machine more stable during production.

What is Soft Touch Technology?

At tranditional way, we need to adjust the glue gap manually while changing the corrugated roll, due to the diamenion of E/B/C/A flute roll different. By this new technology that the gap is self adjustment, the glue roll is controlled by speical structure with hydraulic system to keep constent pressure to even the glue is low pressure.

And the Synchronize gluing is very important, we make sure that the synchronzied pasting only at the flute tip, to well control the glue consumption.

What is LPC (Line Pressure Control) Technology?

While changing run different gsm paper, we ususally need to adjust the pressure roll pressure. In case that operator forgets to adjust it, then there will be heavy glue mark at board, which reduce the BST & other performance. By this new technology, the pressure will be self adjustment automatically, while detect the paper thickness different. To make no mark board and improve the quality.

After make the 2ply or 4ply or 6ply board then we need to do final pasting on double facer, which we have the new technology to make higher heating efficiency on the hot plate and press shoe (suspended type) to just well touch the board to make good forming. And the vacuum suction belt transmission at cooling part to make the board cool down fast and flat and no mark.
