How to Make Quality Carton?

Our #CartonMaster (automatic flatbed diecutter) is widely used at packaging industry, such as the corrugated box plant and offset print pack plant.

Today, we would like to share one of our successful case with you.

Our customer is in Europe, focus on manufacturing cardboard carton. As the below picture show, the production process is 1^st colorful printed by printing machine, 2^nd accurate cutting & creasing by automatic flatbed diecutting machine, 3^rd do the nice gluing & folding by automatic folder gluer (straight line & bottom lock, 4&6 corner). And the cardboard is transited by roller conveyor system to improve the efficiency & reduce the labor intensity.

Our customer in Russia is using our cartonmaster to make the corrugated box efficiently. The printed sheet is transitted into automatic flatbed diecutter by the auto #prefeeder device, then do the accurate cutting & creasing and 100% stripping (waste removed) and correct counting, then pack by workers.
