New Installation of Masterline 2800mm 5ply Corrugated Board Production Line

Two #Masterline 2800mm are successfully installed at customer #corrugated box factory. This #corrmaster is based on Germany #IPC control & Industry 4.0 with #EtherCAT commuincation and Full Servo drive with 5G connection. A smart choice to join our partner ship to have long term cooperation. This is the intelligent #corrugator, with speed cruise, automatic order change system, smart temperature control system, paper reel logistic system, etc. Flute type: E, B, C, A flute, cassette type #SingleFacer, dual slitter scorer, NC cutter with basket stcker. Super output: one machine can reach 15.8million square meters monthy, and two lines are 31.6 millions square meters monthly.

And another two sets of 2500mm #2plycorrugator are installed together to offer E flute, F flute, B flute and C flute single face to offset print pack company. The cassette single facer can quick change corrugated roll 5~10 mins, and with soft touch technology which is no need to manual adusted the corrugated gap and glue gap, to make the production easily.
