The offline slitter scorer is widely used at #corrugated #box factory, especially the manual type and motorized type.
And nowadays, the Intelligent #slitter scorer is being popular due to the technology innovation.
As we know that the offline slitter scorer is very helpful for small quantity order, from 1 piece to 100 pieces or more of carton box, no matter at big or small corrugated #boxfactory. The reason is that , the big corrugated box factory is not willing to make single board or few number of board from the automatic corrugated board production line which is very low beneficial result, then they prefere to make common size of board from board line only. The same story happend at small corrugated box factory which do not have corrugated board production line, they only buy the common size of board from board factory, due to the small quantity. After get the common size of corrugated board, they will feed the board into the slitter scorer machine to well cut and crease it to suitable for the different kinds of order which is the most efficiency way.
