MASTER Join CCE International 2025 in Germany

Master join CCE exhibition in Munich, Germany from 11 to 13 March 2025, the international corrugated and carton industry, 7th edition of CCE International, Europe’s leading exhibition for the production and conversion of corrugated, cardboard and paper.

Master launched the intelligent corrugator: Corrmaster which is based on IPC with EtherCAT communication and full servo drive and real time control and process control which can make high performance corrugated board easily. 

The CORRMASTER with belt type single facer and soft touch technology to offer no mark board and improve the BST performance. The synchro gluing performance at glue machine which can handle different flute type A, B, C, E, F, G, N and different quality paper. The gsm of paper can run at wet end from 40gsm up to 440 gsm kfraft paper. The latest technology servo drive dry end system can easily run small quantity and big quantity orders. Min. cut waste 500mm while change order at high speed, and min. 3mm trimming at one side to keep min. waste. The NC cutter can run 200m/min speed for 500mm cut length and full speed 400m/min for 1800mm cut length. The up down stacker can match small or big orders. 

At our intelligent corrugator, have the auto cruise function, which can auto run the order at high speed with high performance easily. And all data such as glue consumption, steam consumption, power consumtion, wastage, production, etc are at report. And temperature control, pressure control, wrap detection and adjustment are included at our corrmaster.
