Vibrator Stacker for Flexo Printer

1.Sheet is transferred by belt and clean the waste by vibrating belt and fans.

5. Receiving speed and feeding speed are synchronized, and the receiving speed can be individually

adjusted.

7. The pneumatic paper receiving alignment device make cardboard stacking more straightened.

8. The pneumatic paper receiving pallet, when the paper is stacking to the pre-setting height, the pallet

will stretch out and hold the cardboard automatically. 

9.Paper receiving plate with anti-debasement device guarantee the operator’s safety. 

10. The flat wrinkles belt prevent the cardboard from gliding. 

11. Paper receiving arm belt can be adjusted tension individually without belt length limited.

12. Stacking height 1600-1700mm.

13. Optional counting stacker type which can inline with strapping machine.
