Feeding Unit (Lead edge feeding with AC servo control system)
- Feeding unit using Yaskawa servo control system, using electronic CAM segmentation technology to replace the complex mechanical CAM segmentation device work, fundamentally solve the mechanical CAM can not eliminate the air gap, so as to ensure the accuracy of positioning and paper feeding accuracy. - The fan is controlled by frequency conversion, reducing consumption, adjustable air pressure and effectively controlling board bending.

Die cutting unit.
- Die-cutting roller is a high quality seamless steel tube with a wall thickness of 30mm. Internal tempering, surface grinding, hard chromium plating and balancing treatment increase the smooth operation.
- Complete helical gear structure, 45 # high quality forging.
- Die-cutting phase is adjusted by touch screen, 360 degree electric full cycle adjustment, fast, convenient and accurate.
- Wallboard is made of high quality cast iron HT200, wall thickness 40MM, and large processing center.
- The rubber mat rollers adopt automatic grinding mechanism, which greatly improves the life of rubber sleeve.
- The rubber mat roller is equipped with mechanical transverse movement, the distance is 40 mm, the movement speed is balanced and reasonable, so that the rubber mat wears evenly and the service life of the rubber sleeve is prolonged.
- Linear speed automatic compensation device: automatic compensation, die cutting size does not change according to rubber mat wear, to ensure that the die cutting size of each batch of cartons is exactly the same.
