Folding Section
- The pressure and angle of the left and right belts at the paper inlet can be adjusted to ensure the synchronous and smooth input of sheet. The corner cutting position is equipped with upper and lower brushes to prevent the waste paper from entrance.
- Air blower system are set above at entrance to speed up the printing ink to improve the printing quality and clean the dust & waste after die-cutting.
- The left and right girders are accurately positioned and adjusted by rack and linear guide rail, which can be automatically adjusted by order management or data input.
- The main conveyor belt adopts customized design by NITTA brand of Japan, with small deformation after long-term use.
- The left and right sides of the folding section adopt concave row wheels with multi angle change to shape the box folding, and the row wheels can be adjusted slightly to adapt different thickness sheet.
- The left and right differential speed belts adopt separate servo control transmission, which can not only be transmitted synchronously with the main transmission belt, but also adjust the differential transmission freely, so as to ensure the accurate control of carton scissors of any specification.
- In the process of carton folding and shaping, the main transmission belt is equipped with air suction auxiliary function to ensure accurate sheet feeding and avoid sheet feeding deflection.
Top Counter Ejector Section
- There is an auxiliary air blower, which is electrically adjusted on the left and right to ensure smooth sheet falling. The air cylinder control temporary storage mechanism can automatically adjust the snapping mechanism to increase or decrease the snapping frequency according to the running speed of the machine, so as to avoid the fish tail.
- Independent servo control the forward and backward movement and up and down lifting of the sheet support arm to ensure accurate action.
- Servo control the lifting of sheet pressing arm to ensure that the stacking carton falls neatly and reduce noise.
- The lifting of the supporting bar of the stacking carton adopts separate servo drive control, and the two-stage sheet conveying belt also adopts separate servo drive control.
- Cooperate with the sheet supporting arm and sheet pressing arm to synchronously complete the sheet pressing, falling and output of the stacking carton, so as to ensure the neat output of carton.
