Cassette type Single facer.

Change corrugated roller steadily and change order quickly in 5mins, self-adapted, no need to adjust the glue gap and paper gap. 

Negative pressure design, to ensure less waste while rapid acceleration or sudden braking, easy paper threading without high working temperature, safe & simple for maintenance.

Maintain even temperature without banana effect. When machine is stopped, pressing roll is automatically separated from corrugated roll, and self rotate automatically and independently to make each rolls even temperature. And there is no banana effect or collapse pit issue when restarting machine.

Paper tension is kept when machine is stopped. Restarting the machine directly can save paper and time.

No broiling glue, extra glue splashing out and waste. 

No glue tank design and with distant from corrugated roll, so the glue will not broiling. The gluing roll is anti-clockwise rotation, it's inversed with the traditional single facer, safe for operation.

Min. glue consumption. No black glue line at bottom paper, good for running white top and low gsm paper 45gsm.

Protection rings at both side end of glue roller, life time of rolls is much longer.
