Master Drive

This machine is used for driving the main canvas belt of double facer.

Functional Characteristics
The upper and lower roller diameter are both Ф910MM, with medium-high, herringbone deep grain covered with wear-resistant rubber.
Layered independent motor drive, adopts scattered-tooth gear box, save more than 20% electricity compared with the traditional gear box.
The gearbox adopts independent oil pump together with the copper tube distributed in each bearing position and each transmission gear position to cool the gearbox and improve the service life of the gearbox.
Because of its quick brake, it takes only 2 seconds to directly stop when heating plates speed is at 120m/min. This not only reduce the waste rate, but also saves electricity, and can be used in the 150M/min-300M/min production line.
Our factory adopts the unique design of canvas belt guiding roller.When the wear and tear of the sail belt causes skidding, the friction force can be increased by adjusting the guide roller to increase the angle between the sail belt and the rubber roller, quickly remove the fault, and make full use of the life of the sail belt.This design can also avoid the skidding of the drive pulley cots with uneven resistance of the upper and lower belts, and avoid the problem of out-of-sync caused by the aging of the canvas belts.
For traditional double facer, you have to change the both top and bottom canvas belts when replacing belt. However, normally the bottom belt is still in good condition while the top belt worn out. It will become out-of-sync if just change the top belt.
