Feeding Unit

Printing Unit

Slotting Unit
*Dual shaft with slotting and creasing.
*An internal gear adjusts the height of the box height and prevents the lubrication oil from spilling or leaking on the paperboard.
*Upper boss and lower boss are coupled to keep knives aligned while moving, which is helpful to prolong service life.
*Slotting register and height of box are digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Die-cutting Unit
*Side to Side oscillation of anvil rubber roller.
*Cutting cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
*Anvil rubber roller speed compensation adopted independent motor for driving to control the rubber roller speed.
*The trimming device to keep surface of anvil cover flat and smooth.
Vibrating Unit
*Adopted pneumatic lifting structure.
*Equipped with Medium Pressure Fan in the front of Vibrator to achieve the perfect waste remove, at the same time, the cardboard can be transmitted smoothly.
* Each vibrating device is driving by independent motor, which can get a better cleaning result through different vibrating frequencies.
*Vibrating belts adopts imported cylindrical high elastic belts to avoid damage of cardboard.
*The cylindrical belts shaft with semicircular groove can easy adjust the belt position to meet the needs of irregular cardboard, to achieve one to two, one to three pieces.
*The back end of Vibrator equipped with Strong Suction fans and Brushes, to remove the scraps from the cardboard during vibrating in order to achieve a perfect cleaning.
*All the motors are independent control, which can be operated separately in accordance with the production demand.
Stacking Unit
*Adopted pneumatic lifting structure, which is reliable and stable.
*And can adapt one to two, one to three pieces.
*According to different requirements can use Automatic or Manual mode, front splicing platform adopts pneumatic lifting structure, which makes more easy for die-cutting nit change mould.
*The front end is equipped with strip pressing mechanism, which makes the cardboard transmit more stable; and the back end is equipped with sun wheel pressing mechanism to make the paperboard fall horizontally.
*The distance of splicing plate can be manual adjusted according to cardboard size.
