- Both canvas are equipped with left and right auto rectifying device whose tightness is controlled by bladder cylinder to ensure its stability in high-speed working.

- There are spray nozzles installed inside heating plates. When producing 4ply cardboard, turning on the spray nozzles can improve line speed and greatly improve the bonding effect of cardboard.
- Heating plates adopt three-point-lock design, which improves horizontal stability greatly compared with traditional two-point-lock.
- The steam heating of the heating plate is divided into four groups for independent steam supply and drainage. The latter two groups of temperature control valves can cut off the steam source through buttons on the console, and the efficiency can be improved without manual work. Moreover, the surface temperature of the heating plate can be controlled according to the dry humidity of different seasons to ensure the flatness of the cardboard.
- The frame base is welded with 150H steel, which ensures the long-term use of the double-sided machine and avoids the influence of foundation settlement on the hot plate level.
