Corrugated Counting Stacker

Features:

1）The gantry lifting design of the conveyor section can greatly reduce the stacking cycle time. In order to maintain the minimum paper-collecting height, a laser photoelectric sensor was assembled to detect the stacking speed. The gantry frame automatically adjusts the height to avoid the miscellaneous phenomenon caused by the air squeezing between the papers, so as to achieve the effect of paper-laying neatness.

2）The first belt can stabilize the delivery of paper and ensure the accuracy of order change.

3）Four sets of automatic decelerations and pressing strips are assembled above the first belt. The pressure is automatically adjusted according to paper, cutting length and speed without manual operation.

4）Belt conveyor section, control frequency conversion drive, through cardboard position tracking and speed synchronization, to achieve accurate counting, automatic single-change separation.

5）Belt-type design is used to produce paper smoothly, which avoids the traditional drum design at right-angle cross-out, resulting in confusion of paper jamming when cardboard is bent down.

6）Servo motor positioning is adopted for regular vehicle, and automatic positioning is made according to the order cut length. The positioning is fast and accurate, and the paper is collected neatly.

7）At the end of the belt, a brush stabilizing device is installed, and a pressing sun wheel is installed to ensure that each piece of cardboard is stacked neatly.

8）The double conveyor platform of paper delivery adopts the design of drum and belt, which can go straight and across to avoid the phenomenon of stacking.

9）Double paper-collecting platform adopts full width design, automatic speed regulation of two belt sections, automatic separation of multiple paper-opening stacks, reducing the stack burden of operators.

10）Unique tracking calculation of change orders can accurately separate change orders even if there are only 8 or 10 pieces of loose bills.

11）The program is automatically controlled by high-speed PLC, and the color touch screen is assembled.It can also connect with the computer system of birth control, and automatically change batches/orders when changing orders.When there is no pipe signal connection, the length measuring device can also be installed, and the number of points can be changed by a single computer.
