Therefore, it adopts the vacuum suction feeder to make the product completely flattened, stable and smooth transportation.
2. Dust clean:
There are some paper powder and printing dust on the printing surface of corrugated board, carton and color box, which will seriously affect the product imaging detection, leading to false detection and misjudgment. Therefore, in the process of feeding and detecting, we deal with the dust on the surface of the product and the remaining paper wool and paper edge, reduce the risk of false detection in the process of testing to ensure the so-called loss rate in the process of product testing.
3. Conventional defects on printing surface, and variable code detection:
The purpose of conventional defect detection on printing surface is to comprehensively inspect the quality of printed surface. The working principle is: use imported high-speed line camera and professional LED light source to scan and store the sample plate of qualified products to be tested, set the template, and mark the content and scope requirements of the required detection. When the product is in batch production, a single scanning image of 1:1 is compared with the set template, such as: dirty spots, dot, paste, missing printing, exposure, overprint, color difference, die cutting and other defects. It can also carry out variable code detection, reading, identification, discrimination, offset, etc., and automatically distinguish and eliminate qualified products and unqualified products. Ensure product quality, reduce labor and improve work efficiency.
