Our automatic folder gluer is multi-functional model, suitable for medium-sized packaging 300g - 800g cardboard, 1mm-7mm corrugated board, laminated, E, C, B, A 3ply diecutting board straight line & crush lock carton, 4 & 6 corner, easy adjustment and simple operation.
It is equipped with special water spraying function for pre-folding. Motorized correcting horn (fish tails), hi-lo lines with continuous accumulator battering device.
Equipped with touch terminal & PLC operating system with wireless remote control system.
Composed of separate modular structure. The upper and lower belts are set as the main driving mode, synchronized transmission can prevent scratches, skidding and more stable.
The transmission structure of the main machine is driven by independent motors, durable for long term run.
The pressure of the upper belt is pneumatic, which can be adjusted according to the thickness of the paper.
The whole machine is equipped with electric adjustable board for quick and convenient exchange, high stability and efficiency, and fully meets the needs of human operation.
